Protein snack recipe. Healthy sweetie recipe.
Ingredients:
4 apple
1/2 lemon
1tsp cinnamon
3tbsp coconut powder
2scoop protein powder
1scoop water
Preperation:
Peel apples and slice them into little pieces
Bring water into simmer
Add apples and cook them 20minutes in low heat
Pour lemon juice and add rest of the ingredients, then blend the mixture until it get smoothie
Put in a fridge about half an hour
