Peel of the skin and boil the corn. Sepate the corn seeds and take in a bowl. Add chopped capsicum, cucumber, tomato, onion and green chillies, salt & black pepper as per taste, chaat masala, kashmiri red chilli powder. Squeeze a lemon and add some melted butter. Mix all the ingredients altogether. The healthy corn chaat will be ready.
