Ingredients for Easy Paneer 65 Recipe:
– 250 gm paneer
– One tbs oil
– 4-5 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
– Two green chilies (chopped)
– 1 medium-size onion (finely chopped)
– 10-12 curry leaves
– One tbs soya sauce
– One tbs green chilli sauce
– Two tbs tomato sauce
– 1/2 tbs vinegar
– coriander leaves
– oil for deep fry
– salt to taste
For making batter-
– Two tbs maida
– Two tbs cornflour
– 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
– 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
– 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
Method of Easy Paneer 65 Recipe:
– In a bowl, add maida, cornflour, salt, Kashmiri red chilli powder, black pepper powder, ginger-garlic paste & little water. Mix everything well till lump free & make a smooth batter.
– Add paneer into the mixture & coat well. Keep aside for 5-10 mins.
– Heat oil & add marinated paneer pieces one by one. Fry on medium flame till golden brown. Take out & fry the rest of the paneer pieces in this way. (*You can serve these fried paneers as a snack with sprinkle some chaat masala.)
– Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic & green chilies. Fry for a few seconds. Add onion & fry till soft. Add curry leaves & fry with onions.
– Add soya sauce, green chilli sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar, salt & little water. Mix everything well & Cook for 2 mins.
– Add fried paneer pieces & mix well. If you want Paneer 65 with gravy, then stop here, but if you wish to have dry Paneer 65, then cook for 1 minute more.
– Garnish with some coriander leaves & your Easy Paneer 65 Recipe is ready to serve.

Firstly, I have used fresh homemade paneer cubes for this recipe, which is necessary for this recipe. If you are out of time, you can use any paneer from the store, but make sure it is fresh and firm in shape.
Secondly, deep fry these paneer cubes in low to medium flame and do not rush with a high flame. The paneer cubes have to be evenly cooked in medium flame.
Lastly, I have used Kashmiri red chilli powder to make it healthy, but you can use red food color if you wish to add.
