Healthy Seed Bars
Servings – 4
INGREDIENTS
Pumpkin seeds – 60 grams
Sunflower seeds – 60 grams
Dry coconut seeds – 40 grams
White sesame seeds – 30 grams
Chia seeds – 30 grams
Flax seeds – 30 grams
Salt – 1/4 teaspoon
Vanila essence – 1 teaspoon
Honey – 100 grams
PREPARATION
1. In a bowl, add all the ingredients and mix it well.
2. Transfer this into a dish.
3. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for about 10 – 15 minutes.
4. Place this onto a board and cut it into pieces.
5. Serve.
