Chicken with Sautéed Vegetables | Quick and Nutritious

Today, we’re preparing a chicken with sautĂ©ed vegetables, a true source of lean protein and fresh vegetables. This meal is quick, delicious, and will help you keep your metabolism boosted while losing weight.

Ingredients:
Two chicken breast fillets, cut into strips
Half a cup of red bell pepper, cut into strips
Half a cup of broccoli, chopped
Half a cup of carrot, cut into strips
Two tablespoons of olive oil
Two tablespoons of light soy sauce
One teaspoon of grated ginger
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Heat one tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and add the chicken. Cook until browned.
Add the vegetables and sauté for 5-7 minutes.
Add the soy sauce, ginger, salt, and pepper. Stir well and cook until the vegetables are crispy.
Serve immediately!
