How to Prepare Soya Chunk Kabab | Soya Cutlet | Healthy Soya Kabab Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
Soya chunks – 2 and 1/2 cups, soaked for 30 mins in plain water,
Bread crumbs – 1/2 cup,
Chick peas flour – 3 tbsp, Roasted,
Green peas – 1 cup, boiled,
Ginger-Garlic paste – 1 tbsp,
Cumin powder – 1 tsp,
Garam masala powder – 1 tsp,
Green chilli – 2 finely chopped,
Bamboo skewers – 5-6 pieces,
METHOD:
Blend the soya chunks(not finely) then add boiled peas and blend it again.
Transfer the mixture into a mixing bowl then add remaining ingredients into it and mix well.
Make some soya mixture ball then take a skewer and stick the soya mixture ball with it and press them lightly.
Heat the oil in a pan fry them, when it become light brown take out from the pan.
Serve hot.
