In this video I present Vegan Avocado Toast Recipe. I show how to make a healthy sandwich from scratch. This is healthy recipe for everyday with cherry tomatoes and sprouted broccoli. It is easy and fast in preparation so it can be done for breakfast or any other time of the day.
Preparation instructions:
1) Toast bread on warm pan sprayed with cooking oil or in your toaster (oven).
2) Cut one avocado in half. Scoop out the pulp to the bowl. Salt and mash avocado with a fork until you achieve paste consistency.
3) Spread avocado paste on each toast.
4) Add cherry tomatoes cut in halves on the top of sandwich.
5) Garnish with sprouted broccoli.
6) Avocado Sandwich is ready to be eaten!
This is a very easy way of making healthy breakfast. Nobody has a time in the morning to make complex breakfast. This recipe can literally change your life so from now no more excuses to go to the drive thru line at the fast food establishment. Did you know that it can actually take more time to wait in those long morning drive thru lines than preparing your own homemade sandwich? And they definitely can’t claim that their food is healthy… Eat healthy, live healthy! This is vegetarian and also vegan recipe so everybody can enjoy it! 🙂
