French toast recipe protein rich breakfast:-
For 1 person:-
2 slice bread ,2egg, 1medium size onion, 2 green chilli, chopped the onion finely .
Take one utensils Break the egg in it, after that put chopped onion and green chilli in it. Now whisk properly now add other ingredients salt according to your taste, slightly seasoning n chilli flakes to enhance tha taste. Now take slice of bread, dip in egg liquid now put on tawa or non sticky pan. Now sprinkle some safed til on it. N flip when it cooked from one side. Cook it properly from both sides. Serve it with green chutney or tomato ketchup according to your taste.
