This refreshing drink is packed with the goodness of Badam (Almonds), Kaju (Cashews), Pista (Pistachios), Pumpkin Seeds, Raisins, Sunflower Seeds, Dates, Anjeer (Figs), and Blue Berries. Perfect for a healthy breakfast or a mid-day energy boost!
Ingredients:
5 -6 Badam (Almonds)
5 -6 Kaju (Cashews)
5 -6 Pista (Pistachios)
1 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
1 tbsp Raisins
1 tbsp Sunflower Seeds
5-6 Dates
2-3 Anjeer (Figs)
Blue Berries
Milk
Instructions:
Soak the dry fruits (Badam, Kaju, Pista, Pumpkin Seeds, Raisins, Sunflower Seeds, Dates, Anjeer) in water for 4-5 hours or overnight.
Drain the water and blend the soaked dry fruits with a handful of Blue Berries until smooth.
Add milk and blend again until well combined.
Serve chilled and enjoy your healthy and delicious Dry Fruit Milkshake!
