A quick and easy salad that is sure to diversify your meals.

*Ingredients:*
• 3 medium carrots
• 1/2 chilli pepper
• 2 garlic cloves
• 2 tbsp of soya sauce
• 1 tbsp of sesame oil
• 1 tbsp of rice vinegar
• 1/2 tsp of ground paprika
• 1 tbsp of honey
• sesame seeds
• scallion

*Cooking method:*

1. Peel the carrots and cut off the ends. Cut the carrots into long, thin slices with a vegetable peeler. But without the core. Put all the slices into a container.
2. Finely chop 1/2 of the chilli pepper. Add it to the carrots, along with the finely chopped garlic, all the liquid ingredients and the ground paprika. Cover the container with the lid, shake and leave for 10-15 minutes.
3. Serve with some sesame seeds and scallions. Enjoy!
