lunch: bean & veggie chili topped with greek yogurt and cilantro
331 kcal, 17.5 g protein, 2 g fat, 60.7 g carbs, 24.1 g fiber
1/3 cup greek yogurt (40 kcal, 7.5 G protein, 3 g carbs, 0 g fat)

dinner: grilled chicken thighs, green rice & homemade fries
694 kcal, 60.4g protein, 25.3g fat, 61.3g carbs, 3.4g fiber

In total: 1537 kcal, 116g protein, 33g of fiber
