Ingredients:
● 170 g quinoa
● 150 g carrots
● 150 g red cabbage
● 200 g cucumbers
● 4 tbsp lemon juice
● 2 tbsp tahini
● 3 tbsp soy sauce
Preparation:
1. Add quinoa into boiling water and cook according to packet directions.
2. Thinly slice cucumbers and cut into quarters.
3. Shred carrots.
4. Cut red cabbage.
5. Prepare the dressing, mix soy sauce, lemon juice and tahini.
6. Add slightly cooked, cooked quinoa and mix well.
