This is a Low carb diet recipe, a Keto diet recipe and a Candida diet recipe. This “Stuffed cabbage rolls” recipe is the perfect dish that I could eat every day.
Originally “stuffed cabbage rolls” are made with rice instead of cauliflower. But I use cauliflower because cauliflower is a low carbohydrate veggie with only 5 grams of carbs.
You can find “stuffed cabbage rolls” recipe made with boiled cabbage, but I use sauerkraut because fermented cabbage is easier to digest and has lees sugar.
