Here is the detailed recipe of Egg Korma

*RECIPE*
1. In a pan, add 4 sliced onion and fry till it become golden brown.
2. Add fried onion in a jar, 1 bowl dahi and some cashew.
3.Grind it well
4.Roast the egg.
5. In a pan, add 2 tbsp oil, some khade masale, ginger garlic paste and tomato puree. Cook for 2 minutes.
6. Add half tbsp salt, 1 tbsp Kashmiri red mirch, half tbsp haldi powder, half tbsp garm masala and half tbsp coriander powder. Roast all the masala with gravy.
7. Add the onion, dahi and cashew paste and cook well.
8. Adjust the consistency of the gravy by adding water.
9. Add roasted egg along with some coriander leaves.
10. Your delicious egg corma is ready. ENJOY
