During my vacation in Lapland (Finland) I had a lunch in Santa’s Salmon Place Restaurant in Rovaniemi. The location is in small, but cosy traditional Lappish teepee with open fire. Nice and friendly staff served fresh super delicious fresh salmon cooked on open fire. The salmon from such a baking method is flavored only with salt which makes it a very healthy dish.
Definitely the BEST salmon I’ve ever had! I highly recommend this place! A culinary experience!!!
