– 1 tsp kosher salt

*Marinated Tomatoes:*

– 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

– 1 clove garlic, minced

– 3 tbsp fresh parsley, minced

– 3 tbsp fresh basil, minced

– Zest & juice of 1/2 lemon

– 1-2 heirloom tomatoes

*Sumac Onions:*

– 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

– 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil

– 1 tsp sumac

– Zest & juice of 1/2 lemon

– 1 tsp red wine vinegar

– 3 tbsp parsley, minced

*For the Sandwich:*

– Bread of choice

– Avocado slices

– Lettuce

– Kosher salt as needed
