Ingredients:

Broccoli – 500 grams, chopped in a blender
Fresh parsley (chopped)
3 chicken eggs
Salt, turmeric, cinnamon
Milk – 200 ml + 300 ml
Flour – 200 grams

Instructions:

Blend broccoli in a blender until finely chopped.
In a bowl, mix broccoli, chopped parsley, eggs, salt, 200 ml milk, and flour until smooth.
Gradually add the remaining 300 ml of milk to the mixture and stir well.
Heat a non-stick pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat.
Pour a ladle of batter into the pan, cooking each pancake until golden on both sides.
