1 oz medium cheddar cheese
9 @simplemills Rosemary almond flour crackers
1 pink lady apple
1/3 cup fresh raspberries
1 mini cucumber
½ large carrot
1 batch cottage cheese dip recipe below
Whipped honey vanilla dip:
½ cup low-fat @good_culture cottage cheese
1.5 tsp honey
Dash of cinnamon
1/8 tsp vanilla bean paste or vanilla
Blend until smooth. Scrape down the sides of the blender a few times.
