Ingredients:
1 cup lentils
1 small onion
1 cup quick oats
2/3 cup tomato sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried parsley
ketchup

Directions:
Boil 2 cups of water and add lentils. Simmer for 25-30 minutes
remove from fire
Drain and partially mash lentils
Scrape into mixing bowl and allow to cool slightly
Stir in onion and oats
Add tomato sauce, garlic, basil, and parsley
Mix well
Spoon into non stick loaf pan
Smooth on top with ketchup
Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes
enjoy!
