Road side peas masala ❣️
Ingredients :
✅Pre preparation:
➡️Dry green peas -Soak 5 hours
➡️Cut leftover chappatis and fry in a hot oil until turns crispy.
✅Grind –
Coriander leaves 1 bunch
Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
Garlic 4
Ginger small piece
Green chilli 1
Onion 1
Tomato 1
Chilli powder 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Grind above ingredients into a fine paste.
✅ Method :
➡️In a Pressure cook add oil 1 tsp, jeera 1/2 tsp add ground paste cook 5 minutes on high flame .
➡️Add Soaked green peas, one potato ( peeled and cut ) pressure cook for 5 whistle low flame 5 minutes
➡️once pressure released completely Mash potatoes slightly .
✅ Before serve :
Crush fried chapati ,pour hot peas masal, crush one more layer of fried chapati , sprinkle some onion, tomato ,sev and squeeze few drops of lemon.
Serve hot and enjoy 🥳
