7. Tamarind plump- 3 tsp
8. Salt – as per taste
9. Desi ghee – 1 tsp (for sautéing )

For the Bread Rolls:
1. Bread slices – 6-8 (white or whole wheat)
2. Water – as needed (for softening the bread)
3. Desi Ghee- for deep frying or shallow frying
1. Red chili powder – 1/4 tsp (for extra spice)

These ingredients make a flavorful filling and crispy outer layer for the bread rolls.
