Diet meal plan for weight loss.

Here is what you will need!

INGREDIENTS:
1 cauliflower head
1 greeen pepper
1 red pepper
1 onion
1 carrot
5 small tomatoes
A bunch of any greens
Olive oil (optional)
Salt, pepper
Vinegar
Lemon juice
Pomegranate sauce

Preperation:

Rice:
Remove the leaves and cut cauliflower into little florets.
Place cauliflower in a food processor or blender and blend until they are rice-like texture. But you should be careful to not over process or it may turn mushy. Set aside, and drain excess moisture with a towel if it is necessary.
Cook 3/4 of cauliflower in medium heat about 20minutes until it softens.
After 20 minutes, take the pan and keep 15 minutes in room temperature.

Salad:
Add veggies and the rest of the cauliflower to the pot.
Pour vinegar, lemon juice and pomegranade sauce for your taste.
Season with salt and pepper carefully.
Add teaspoon of olive oil if you are not on a strict diet.
Mix them well.
