Sattu Paratha

INGREDIENTS
For Dough
Wheat flour- 2cup
Salt to taste
Oil- 2tbsp
Water- 1 cup

For Filling
Sattu- 1 1/2cup
Ajwain- 1/2tsp
Kalongi- 1/4tsp
Ginger-1/2tsp (chopped)
Garlic- 1tbsp (chopped)
Green chilli- 1/2tbsp (chopped)
Onion- 1/2cup
Coriander Leave- 1/4cup
Mixed pickles- 1tbsp
Salt to taste
Mustard oil-1tbsp
Lemon juice-1/2

For Fry
Ghee/ oil- 2-3 tbsp

Served with pickles, chutney or curd
