Day 2:Tuna Salad Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients:
• 1 can of tuna (in water, drained)
• 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
• 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• 1/4 cup diced celery
• 1/4 cup diced cucumber
• 1/4 cup diced pickles
• 4 large lettuce leaves
• Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Combine the tuna, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, diced celery,cucumber and pickles in a bowl. Mix well.
2. Scoop the mixture into the lettuce leaves and wrap them up.
