Hey folks! This is just a quick wee video showing you how we do a wholemeal loaf in the bread maker 🙂 I’ve had quite a lot of you asking to see a video…so here goes!

1 Heaped teaspoon fast acting/easy bake/rapid yeast
500g (3 1/4 cups) Strong wholemeal flour
1.5 Teaspoons white sugar
27g (2 Tablespoons) Butter
370ml (13oz) Tepid water
