(Ingredients)
130g Oat flour 1 1/2 cup
1 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tbsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
2 medium apples
2 eggs
25g stevia 1/4 cup
1/4 tsp vanilla
50g tahini 1/3 cup
1/3 cup milk
30g raisins
15g peanut kernels
For suose:
15g peanut butter 1tbsp
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tbsp honey
15ml hot milk 1tbsp
(Instructions)
1. Grate apples
2. Preheat oven to 360°F (180°C) and mold diameter 15cm
3. In a small bowl, whisk together Oat flour,baking powder, cinnamon, and cardamom powder. Mix and set aside.
4. In a large bowl, beat in 2 eggs. Add stevia, tahini,and pure vanilla extract. Mix.
5. Add dry ingredients and mix well.
6. Add grated apples and peanut kernels and raisins to batter. Mix gently.
8. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a tester inserted in center comes out clean.
9. Let cool in pan for at least 20 minutes. Slice and serve. Enjoy🥰
