ingredients:

kala chana 150gms
sooji rava 1 cup – 50 gms
garlic cloves few
jeera and turmeric 1 TBSP each
salt and red mirchi powder according to taste and spicy
curd 2 spoons
water according to paste

— Soak the kala chana over night. (10hrs)

– add the soaked kala chana to the mixi jar,
now add garlic cloves, turmeric,salt, red mirchi powder, jeera, curd, sooji and water.

— Grind it as dosa batter.

— transfer to the bowl and make dosa.

— serve hot with curd chutney.

— curd chutney is also there in my videos. It’s very easy and instant chutney without cooking and without oil.
