Hi guys today I’m going to share with you how to make a moist, rich in flavor and healthy banana bread recipe. This is the best banana bread I have ever made. I hope you love it too as much as I do.

Ingredients:
4 overly ripe banana
2 1/2 cups – flour
3 – eggs
3/4 – oil
1/2 – brown sugar
1/2 – white sugar
1 cup – roasted coconut
1/2 cup – dried cranberry
1/2 cup – raisins
3/4 cup – walnut
125g – chocolate contains 70 % cocoa
1/2 tsp – salt
1 tsp – baking soda
1/2 tsp – cinnamon
1 tbsp – vanilla extract
1/2 cup – water
Procedure:
1. Preheat oven to 356 farenheit ( 180 degrees Celcius )
2. Mash the bananas.
3. In a large bowl combine the wet ingredients mashed banana, eggs, oil, water and vanilla extract.
4. In a medium bowl combine the dry ingredients flour, brown sugar, white sugar, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
5. Pour the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Mix it well! Be careful not to over mixed or you will have tough bread.
6. Add the rest of the ingredients chocolate, roasted coconut, dried cranberries, raisins, & chop walnut. Mix it very carefully.
7. Pour into a loaf pan line with a parchment paper. Bake for 55 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy!
