Ingredients (per wrap):
– 4 boiled eggs
– 1 tsp brown sugar
– 1/2 tbsp kewpie mayo
– 1/2 tbsp light mayo
– 1 green onion
– 2 pieces/layers of iceberg lettuce
– salt and pepper to taste
– 1/2 tbsp chili crunch (add last)
How to make it yourself:
1. Dice your green onions
2. Hard boil your eggs for 8 minutes in water and place in a bowl of cold water and peel your eggs
3. In a bowl, mash your hard boiled eggs and add in brown sugar, kewpie mayo, light mayo, diced green onions, and salt and pepper to taste
4. Layer the 2 layers of lettuce on top of each other and add in your egg mix.
5. Roll it like a burrito and wrap it with sandwich paper and enjoy with some chili crunch!
