This is a healthy Sandwich recipe made with chickpea, capsicum, onion and mayonnaise. This chickpea sandwich is an ideal vegetarian recipe for kids lunch box (tiffin box), kids birthday party appetizer or even for an evening snack. This simple sandwich is packed with protein and nutrients without compromising the taste.
