Keto Chicken Salad with Avocado and Walnuts
Ingredients:
✓ 150 g cooked and shredded chicken breast
✓ 1/2 avocado sliced
✓ A handful of walnuts
✓ Lettuce mix
✓ tablespoon olive oil
✓ Juice of half a lemon
✓ Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a large bowl, mix the chicken breast, avocado, walnuts and lettuce mixture. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
Serve immediately and enjoy this healthy keto dish!
