This is my 1st attempt at making ground beef jerky and snacking sticks.
My little girl loves to help and I think its great my kids get involved and also enjoy eating all we make and produce here on our farm.
The beef I used was bought from our neighbours.
I like to try and buy as much of my produce as local as possible if I don’t raise it myself, I believe in supporting our locals and their businesses.
