Ingredients
2 English cucumbers
½ cup Sour Cream (I use plain Greek Yogurt for added protein)
1 tbsp Dill
2 tbsp White vinegar
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Sugar
½ Red onion optional
Instructions
Peel the cucumbers.
Cut them into thin slices and put into a large bowl.
In a separate small bowl, mix the sour cream, dill, vinegar, salt, sugar, and garlic together until combined.
Pour over the cucumber slices and mix until all coated.
Put in the fridge 1 hour before serving. Serve cold.
