1️⃣ Activate the Yeast: Dissolve 7 g of dry yeast in 70 ml of lukewarm water. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until frothy.
2️⃣ Prepare the Dry Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine 250 g of bread flour, 30 g of sugar, 1/2 tsp of salt, and 120 g of powdered milk. Mix well.
3️⃣ Add Wet Ingredients: Add the activated yeast mixture and 100 g of pumpkin paste to the dry ingredients. Knead until a soft dough begins to form.
