🫕RECIPES
🍷 RED PEPPER & CHICKEN STEW WITH WINE
-3 chicken breasts (or 6-8 pieces of any chicken of your choice)
(You can use 1-2 pounds of beef If you want)
-3 onions
-2-3 red peppers
-3 garlic (or tsp garlic powder)
-2 tbsp tomato paste
-1/2 cup wine
-water or broth that just covers all ingredients
-2 strands of rosemary or 1 tbsp dried
-1.5 tbsp flour
-1.5 tbsp date honey or honey
-salt & pepper to taste
1. Cut all veggies, onions & peppers into slices
2. Put veggies in crockpot along with the diced 1 inch chicken chicken breast pieces, or full pieces of chicken
3. Add Tomato Paste, wine, water (or broth)
4. Add rosemary, salt, and pepper.
5. Mix the flour with a little water to make a paste. Stir it into the stew to thicken the sauce.
Sweeten: Add the honey and adjust salt and pepper to taste.
7. Cook in crockpot on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours, enjoy!

HEALTHY NUTELLA
1 cup peanut butter or almond butter
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp cocoa powder
Add about 1/3 cup is water -more or less- to get the consistency you like

🍩BAKED OAT DONUTS
vegan / parve
3 cups oat flour
1/2 cup of date honey or maple syrup or honey
1 1/3 cup of plant based milk
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 lemon of a lemon juice
2 tsp vanilla extract
2.5 tbsp tapioca starch or cornstarch
BAKE for 10-12 mins on 350*C or 175*F
COLORED SPRINKLES
Natural Flavor
YELLOW –
1-2 tbsp turmeric & 1/2 cup coconut flakes
HOT PINK –
1/4 cup of beet juice & 1 cup coconut flakes
ORANGE –
take 1/2 cup pink sprinkles & add 1 tbsp turmeric

🥯 FESTIVE BAGELS:
-4 cups of spelt flour
-1 tbsp yeast
-1 tbsp baking soda
-1 tsp vinegar
-3/4 cups water
-1 big beet (cooked)
-1 tbsp date honey or
maple syrup or honey
-2 tsp salt
BAGELS- BOILED & BAKED:
1. Blend 3/4 cup water with 1 boiled beet.
2. Mix all ingredients and knead for about 5 minutes until dough is firm but slightly sticky. Add more water or flour if needed.
3. Cover and let rise for 45 minutes or until doubled
4. Shape dough into balls or bagels (poke a 2-inch hole for bagels). Let sit for 25 minutes.
5. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
6. Boil water in a large pot. Drop in bagels (2-3 at a time) for 1 minute per side.
7. Mix 2 eggs (or 2 vegan eggs), 2 tbsp chickpea flour, and 2 tbsp water. Dip boiled bagels in the mixture.
8. Coat bagels with your choice of topping.
9. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown, YUM!
🍞DIRECTIONS FOR BAKED BAGELS:

🍞HOLIDAY EVERYTHING BAGEL TOPPING
1 cup:
-2 tbsp sesame seeds
-2 Tbsp grinded pumpkin seeds
-2 Tbsp dried minced onion
-2 Tbsp dried minced garlic
-4 tsp sea salt flakes
-2 tsp poppy seeds
