CHOCOLATE CHIP SKILLET COOKIE

Nutrition (entire skillet):
494 cals, 37P, 56.5C, 12.5F

Ingredients:
-50g all purpose flour
-8g coconut flour
-25g powdered peanut butter
-35g zero calorie sweetener
-3g baking soda
-1 egg
-1 egg white
-100g nonfat Greek yogurt
-3ml vanilla extract
-10g chocolate chips

Bake at 350F for 17-20 mins

CHOCOLATE CHIP BROWNIES

Nutrition (1 brownie): 111 cals, 6.5P, 13.5C, 3F

Ingredients (makes 6 brownies):
-65g all purpose flour
-20g unsweetened cocoa powder (I used Hershey’s)
-20g powdered peanut butter
-3g baking powder
-pinch of salt
-60g zero calorie sweetener (I used Lakanto Monkfruit)
-1 egg
-40g egg whites
-120g nonfat Greek yogurt
-15g light margarine (I used Becel)
-20g mini chocolate chips

Bake at 350F for 20 mins

WHITE CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY CHEESECAKE

Macros (entire cheesecake):
484 cals, 30P, 39C, 22F

Ingredients:
-90g nonfat Greek yogurt
-90g light cream cheese
-20g monkfruit sweetener
-3ml vanilla extract
-50g egg whites
-25g crushed graham cracker crumbs
-10g powdered peanut butter
-10g light margarine
-30g raspberries
-5g melted white chocolate

Bake at 325F for 25 mins, 40-45 mins at 200F

CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM

Nutrition (entire pint): 272 cals, 22.5P, 30C, 7F

-400ml Fairlife skim chocolate milk
-10g unsweetened cocoa powder
-3g fat free chocolate pudding mix
-1g xanthan gum
-15g zero calorie sweetener

CHICKPEA BLONDIES

Nutrition (1 blondie):
70 cals, 2.5P, 9C, 3F

Ingredients (makes 10):
-1/2 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
-85ml sugar free maple syrup (I used @e.d.smithfoods )
-20g oat flour
-30g light peanut butter
-8ml olive oil
-8g light margarine
-Pinch of salt + more for top
-1g baking soda
-20g mini Chocolate chips

Bake at 350F for 20 mins

BLUEBERRY MUFFINS

Nutrition (1 muffin):
138 cals, 9.5P, 15C, 3.5F

Ingredients:
-80g all-purpose flour
-50g @lakanto brown Monkfruit
-30g chia seeds
-1/4 tsp baking soda
-1/2 tsp baking powder
-2 eggs
-200g 1% cottage cheese, blended
-35ml sugar free maple syrup
-100g frozen blueberries

Bake at 375F for 20-25 mins

CHEESECAKE BROWNIES

Macros (1 brownie):
101 calories, 6.5g protein, 10g carbs, 3.5g fat

Ingredients (for 8 brownies):

Brownie layer:
-3 eggs
-100g zero calorie sweetener (I used Lakanto – discount code FIT15)
-80ml unsweetened almond milk
-5ml vanilla extract
-90g all purpose flour
-40g unsweetened cocoa powder
-4g baking powder

Cheesecake layer:
-60g light cream cheese (room temp)
-120g nonfat Greek yogurt
-35g zero calorie sweetener (I used Lakanto – discount code FIT15)
-5ml vanilla extract

Bake for 25-30 mins at 350F

HIGH PROTEIN COOKIES WITHOUT POWDER

Macros (1 cookie):
55 calories, 2.5g protein, 6.5g carbs, 2.5g fat

Ingredients (makes 15 cookies):
-100g oat flour
-75g brown Monkfruit sweetener (discount code FIT15)
-2g baking soda
-pinch of salt
-180g nonfat Greek yogurt
-30g light margarine
-1 egg
-4ml vanilla extract
-40g chocolate chunks

Bake at 350F for 10 mins

FUNFETTI DUNKAROO DIP

Macros (just the dip, whole thing):
214 cals, 22.5P, 24.5C, 2F

Ingredients:
-230g nonfat Greek yogurt
-10g fat free Jell-O vanilla pudding mix
-15g powdered sugar substitute (discount code FIT15)
-3ml vanilla extract
-10g sprinkles
Optional- Dunkaroo cookies for dipping

LIGHTER CANNOLI DIP

Macros (1 serving of the dip):
169 calories, 7g protein, 12g carbs, 10.5g fat

Ingredients (makes 6 servings):
225g light ricotta cheese
225g light cream cheese

4ml vanilla extract
60g mini chocolate chips
