Step 1 Wash and soak about 250 grams of basmati rice
Step 2 wash and chop all the exotic vegetables of your choice
Step 3 boil 1 litre water then add cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, salt and pinch of haldi
Now add soaked rice and let it cook 90% only
Step 4 take a wok heat few tbsp oil and add chopped garlic let it turn brown then add thin slices of onion and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes
You can also chop and add red or green chillies
Step 5 add all your vegetables one by one and stir fry now you can add few spices like black pepper onion powder garlic powder with salt
Step 6 your rice is almost cooked upto 80% switch off the stove and drain the excess water

Add completely drained rice grains in the wok and mix it well
