This easy recipe combines seeds in your pantry to make delicious crunchy crackers–giving us a yummy alternative to purchasing plastic-packaged crackers!
Avoiding plastic packaging helps lessen our impact on the planet while keeping us healthy! Making our own foods, gives us sovereignty to choose whole fresh ingredients without nasty chemicals or additives often found in store bought foods. Check out the ingredients on the packaging of food you enjoy in your supermarket; if you cannot recognise some of the ingredients, your body likely won’t recognise them either and will struggle to break them down efficiently.
