I’ll show you how to make easy artisan seeded sourdough bread! This bread has a combination of sprouted whole grain flour and bread flour so it’s hearty and has a wonderful nutty flavor but the crumb is still light and chewy.

Recipe (I’m using a 10 X 6 inch banneton)
250g bread flour
250g whole wheat flour (I’m using sprouted whole wheat but regular whole wheat works)
2 tsp (10g) himalayan pink salt
1 Tbs molasses
1 Tbs grapeseed oil
⅓ cup of pumpkin seeds
¼ cup of hemp seeds
¼ cup of black sesame seeds
2 Tbs of caraway seeds
2 heaping Tbs (50g) unfed cold starter
340g room temperature water (about 1 ½ cups)

Bake at 425 deg F for 1 hour (first 30 minutes with cover on, last 30 minutes with cover off)
