Full recipe:
– 1 bag of baby broccoli florets (cooked until very soft – I like to do instant pot for 4 mins)
– Mix with 2 tbsp oil free vegan cheese sauce from store (you can also google mine and you’ll be glad you did: Healthy Vegan Mama cheese sauce) and…
– 2 tbsp panko bread crumb
– form into balls
– place in your air fryer tray in sprinkle with two more tablespoons of Panko breadcrumbs
– air fry at 375 for 10-15 total or until crispy. Make sure to turn them over every five minutes or so – watch out they’ll be hot.
– top with hot sauce and enjoy
This hack is just one of many small changes I’ve made that helped me lose weight while eating more food.
