Recipe:
500-550 g wheat flour (4 cups).
1 tablespoon sugar
2 eggs + 1 yolk.
13 g fresh yeast
10 g vanilla sugar
125 ml warm water
125 ml warm milk
5-6 g salt
50g butter
For the filling:
50g butter
4 tablespoons sugar
Knead the dough and let it rest for 50-60 minutes.
Shape the buns as shown in the video. Brush with the egg and milk mixture.
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 30-35 minutes.
