Ingredients:
3 Tbsp Rolled or Instant Oats
1-2 Tsp Butter or Oil
Chopped Veggies (Carrot, French Beans, Broccoli, Sweet Corn)
3 Tbsp Onion (chopped)
3-4 Cups Water
Salt to taste
1/2 Tsp White or Black Pepper
1 Tsp Italian Herbs/Oregano (optional)
1/4 Cup Chopped Tofu or Paneer
2 Tbsp Fresh Coriander (for garnish)
1-2 Tsp Lemon Juice (to taste)
