In this episode, I’ll show you how to make a healthy sandwich bread that will last all week with this easy recipe. Say goodbye to store-bought bread and hello to homemade goodness!

– Prep: 40 mins
– Bake: 30 mins
– Rest: 1.5 hrs
– Total: 3 hrs
▶️Ingredients:
Ingredients for the main dough:
– Bread Flour: 280 g
– Whole wheat flour: 70 g
– Dry Yeast: 4 g
– Sugar: 14 g
– Salt: 6 g
– Lukewarm water: 120 ml
– Softened Butter: 30 g
Ingredients for the crust:
– Some black seed or sesame
▶️Equipment:
– Suitable bowls
– Silicone /Wooden Spatula
– Plastic wrap
– Parchment Paper
▶️ Instructions:
– Kick off by mix the dry ingredients into a container
– Then pour lukewarm water in several stages
– Mix thoroughly and knead a little
– Add softened butter
– Knead until smooth for 10minutes
– Let it rest for 1 hour
– Punch down the dough to release the air
– Make dough balls
– Let it rest for 10 minutes
– Spread out the dough and roll it like I did
– Place it in a loaf pan
– Rest until get doubled in size
– Spray some water on it
– Sprinkle some seeds
– Bake for 30 minutes at 180 °C or 360°F

– Preheat the oven for 15 minutes before baking
– Don’t forget to use parchment paper if needed
– Pay attention to the times mentioned for resting the dough
– The baking time in the oven depends on its model and may be slightly different, it is better to keep an eye on it
