Ingredients that we need to make this kabab:
Ingredients:
500g Chicken mince
1 medium Onion (finely chopped)
Bell peppers/ Capsicum 1/2 cup finely chopped
1 tablespoon Garlic and ginger paste
2 Green chilies (optional, finely chopped)
2 tablespoons Yogurt
2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro (chopped)
1 tablespoon Fresh mint leaves (chopped)
1 tablespoon dry fenugreek leaves/ Kasturi methi
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Spices:
1 teaspoon Cumin powder
1 teaspoon Coriander powder
1 teaspoon Garam masala
1/2 teaspoon Red chili powder (adjust to taste)
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper

Tips for Airfrying:
* Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (356°F).
* Brush the kababs lightly with oil to prevent drying out.
* Place kababs in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
* Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
