INGREDIENTS

1/3 cup macadamia nuts
1/2 cup roughly chopped and pitted dates (about 4-6)
1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/3 cup ground flaxseed
1/2 cup @legion cinnamon cereal or vanilla protein powder (code 2XW to save)
1/4 cup spirulina powder
1/4 cup tahini
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 tbsp monk fruit or stevia for added sweetness
2+tbsp milk or protein shake as needed

White filling
3/4 cup vanilla or plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup protein powder (this works best with a whey, casein blend)

Sprinkle of powdered sugar alternative (or regular)

INSTRUCTIONS

•Make your white filling in advance and let set in fridge.
•Add all other ingredients except for milk/protein shake to a food processor and blend until mixed together.
•If too crumbly to roll into balls, add liquid one tbsp at a time.
•Shape into rounds, getting smaller with one more triangular for the top. Repeat as necessary and let set in fridge.
•Alternate your green dough and white filling to create tree shapes. Place in the fridge before serving to the frosting solidify more.
•Sprinkle with some powdered sugar and enjoy!
