Macros 1 Wrap: 530calories, 34C, 19F, 53P
600g chicken breast
4 large tortillas
200g deli meat (turkey breast)
15g olive oil
1tsp each garlic powder, cayenne pepper
Salt and black pepper

Salad:
40g parmesan cheese
2 roman lettuces

Sauce:
40g light mayo
20g mustard
1/2 lemon
1 clove of garlic
100g greek yogurt
Salt

Start by adding all sauce ingredients in a bowl and mix. Then chop up lettuce, give it a quick rinse, and grate parmesan cheese. Add both to the bowl and mix until combined.

Slice chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and add them to a bowl. Add the seasonings and olive oil and mix until combined. Cut deli meat into small pieces and set aside.

Heat up a pan to medium-high heat and fry the chicken on both sides for 1 minute so it gets some browning. Then add the deli meat to the pan and give everything a stir for 30 seconds. Remove the pan from the heat and immediately add to the salad bowl and give everything a stir so the meat cools down.

Prepare 4 wraps, distribute the filling evenly on all 4, and wrap them up tight. Then roll them in parchment paper and store them in the fridge up to 5 days. They honestly taste delicious cold.
