Ingredients:
– 4 ounces Scottish salmon
– 1/4 cup edamame beans
– 1/2 avocado
– 1/2 cup cooked rice
– 1 tbsp coco aminos
– 1 tbsp sugar-free yum yum sauce
– Panko breadcrumbs
– Cajun seasoning
Instructions:
1. Cut the salmon into cubes and coat with panko and Cajun seasoning.
2. Air fry the salmon cubes at 350°F for 10 minutes until crispy.
3. Serve the crispy salmon over a bed of cooked rice and edamame beans.
4. Drizzle with coco aminos and top with creamy avocado and sugar-free yum yum sauce.
