These salad recipes could be taken twice a day for the one who is on a diet.

1.MOONG BEAN SPROUT SALAD WITH POMEGRANATE:

INGREDIENTS:
• 1 Cup Sprouted Moong Bean.
• 1/4 Cup of Diced Tomato
• 1/4 Cup of Diced Cucumber
• 1/4 Cup of Grated Carrots
• 1/4 of Pomegranate
• 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
• 1/2 tsp Dry Mango powder
• 1 tsp Oregano.
• 1 tsp Lemon juice.
• 1/2 tsp Black Salt
• 1/4 cup of Coriander leaves for garnishing

INSTRUCTION:

Mix the sprouted moong sprout with diced tomato, cucumber, and carrots in a bowl. Now, sprinkle with black pepper powder, salt and oregano powder as per your taste. Then, add the pomegranate to this mixture. Pour the lime juice and garnish with coriander leaves.

2.CHICKPEA SALAD RECIPE WITH LEMON JUICE AND MEANT LEAVES:

INGREDIENTS:
• 1 Cup Sprouted Chickpeas.
• 1/4 cup of Chopped Capsicum
• 1/4 cup of Chopped onions
• 1/4 Cup of Chopped Lettuce
• 1/4 Cup of Chopped Spring onions.
• 1/4 Cup of Sliced Raw Mango.
• Black Salt as required
• 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
• 1/2 tsp Dry Mango powder
• 1 tsp Dried Mint leaves.
• 1 tsp Olive Oil

INGREDIENTS:
Take the sprouted chickpea in a bowl and then add the diced capsicum, onions, spring onions, chopped lettuce and chopped raw mango one by one to that mixture. Add some olive oil, pepper, black salt,dry mango powder and gently mix all ingredients. At last garnish, the salad with dried meant leaves and adjusts the seasoning to your liking.

3.SPROUT SALAD WITH PANEER RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 Cup of Sprouted Black Moong
1/2 Cup of Sprouted Kidney Beans.
1/2 Cup of Paneer Cubes.
1/4 cup of Diced Beetroot.
1/4 cup of Chopped Carrots.
1/4 Cup of Chopped Tomato.
1/4 Cup of Chopped Red Bell Pepper.
1/4 Cup of Sliced Baby corn
1/2 tsp Black Pepper powder
1/2 tsp Dry Mango powder
1/2 tsp of Black Salt

INSTRUCTION
Soak the black moong and kidney beans in water for at least 12 hours. Take a bowl, and put all the ingredients in it. Mix well. Once the sprouts and paneer are combined well with all the spices, drizzle dry mango powder over the mix and serve.

4. CORN AND MIXED SPROUTS SALAD RECIPE:

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 Cup of Mixed Sprouts.
1/4 Cup of boiled corn.
1/4 cup of diced Cucumber.
1/4 Cup of Chopped Tomato.
1/4 cup of chopped onions
1/4 Cup of Sliced Raw Mango.
1/4 Cup of Chopped Mix bell Pepper
1/2 tsp Lemon juice.
1 tsp Black Salt
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Black Pepper powder
1/2 tsp Dry Mango powder
1/4 Cup of chopped Coriander leaves

INSTRUCTION
Wash and soak the mixed sprouts overnight. Take a large bowl, add sprouts and mix in all the other ingredients. Finish it up by adding oregano powder, black pepper, dry mango powder, and mix well. Finally, sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves and serve.

5.SPROUT CHICKEN SALAD RECIPE:

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup Sprouted Green moong
1/2 Cup of boiled corn.
1/2 Cup of Shredded chicken
1/4 cup of diced tomato
1/4 Cup of Chopped Mixed bell Pepper
1/4 Cup of Chopped Capsicum
1/4 Cup of Chopped Lettuce
1/4 cup of chopped onions
1 1/2 tsp of Yogurt.
1 tsp Black Salt.
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Black Pepper powder
1/2 tsp Dry Mango powder

INSTRUCTION
Take a large bowl and add green moong. On that same bowl add shredded chicken, boiled corn and all ingredients with yogurt. Once the sprouts and chicken are combined well with yogurt, drizzle all the spices and serve.
