1 cup basmati
1 cup vermicelli
1 cup peas
1 cup corn
1 cup carrot
1 cup potato
3 tbsp ghee
3-4 green chilies
Roast in ghee, Dry fruits
Almonds,cashews,pistachios,black and green raisins
Spice mix
1 tsp jeera
2 tsp dhaniya
6-8 pepper
6-8 cloves
5-6 green cardamom
2 red chilies
Dry roast and grind
Saute all veggies in ghee
To the pan
Add ghee , onion , 3-4 green chilies , basmati , vermicelli saute for a minute
Add 4 cup water
Add spice mix and salt
Cook for 2-3 minutes
Add veggies
Cook for 5-7 minutes
Garnish with dry fruits and dhaniya, pudina
