– 100 g spelt flour or regular flour
– 100 g light cottage cheese
– 100 g low-fat quark
– 1 egg
– Salt, pepper, herb salt*

– 30 g sucuk
– 30 g onions
– 30 g light gratin cheese

– 5 g tomato paste
– 10 g yogurt

– A little oil spray for the baking paper*

– Spread the dough with damp hands on a piece of baking paper, brush with the sauce, and add the toppings.
– Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C (top/bottom heat).
